Ever had a nightmare journey in economy class? You're not alone. My capstone project is all about turning those uncomfortable experiences into a thing of the past.

Drawing inspiration from in-flight safety videos, this commercial campaign spotlights the key findings from my survey and proposes practical solutions. While some of these ideas may be more aspirational than practical, the campaign's relatable tone is designed to connect with viewers. By texting “comfort” to 888-8888, they can join the movement to make air travel more comfortable for everyone.
