For this project, I set out to capture the diverse ways we work and contribute to life in Los Angeles, especially around Thanksgiving. From labor to volunteering and household tasks, I aimed to document various acts of service across the city. My photos highlight visually striking moments I come across naturally, creating a cohesive collection that feels like a visual journal. Through these images, you’ll see examples of point of view, geometry, rule of thirds, light, shadow, color, and layers—all of which come together to showcase the beauty in everyday work.
